ABOUT HEADING HOME
For over 50 years, Heading Home has been at the center of the housing crisis in the Commonwealth and has worked tirelessly to provide support to those facing housing insecurity. We do this by providing a spectrum of services from homeless prevention to permanent housing support, combined with a unique wraparound approach that includes financial coaching and clinical services.
In 2025, Heading Home continued to serve clients through our homeless prevention, diversion and emergency overflow programming leading us to providing support to over 8,000 people for the second year in a row. Additionally, Heading Home saw a 17% growth in our deeply affordable housing portfolio, allowing us to directly house more families and adults who are homeless.
