Client Symposium a Huge Success!

Heading Home hosted 75 families on June 16th for a symposium at the Reggie Lewis Center. After a speech by Chris Stevens, VP of Keurig, parents attended seminars by Families First, Whole Foods and the MIDAS Collaborative. Kids were read to by volunteers, made t-shirts and enjoyed team building activities. The founder of Shoes4Kids outfitted kids with socks and sneakers. Thanks to all that made this event a success!

NAIOP rocks!

On Wednesday, June 9, NAIOP Massachusetts held its 22nd Annual NAIOP Golf Tournament to benefit Heading Home, raising nearly $125,000 for those we serve. After a shotgun start, more than 400 participants hit the links at Stow Acres and Butternut country clubs, followed by a catered dinner reception and awards. Many thanks to all participants and sponsors, NAIOP’s Board Chair Tom Collins, and the able staff at NAIOP led by David Begelfer.

Established in 1978, NAIOP Massachusetts advances responsible commercial real estate development and represents private property rights for the entire industry. Over the past 22 years, NAIOP’s Heading Home golf event has raised a total of $1.5 million, making NAIOP the largest single contributor to Heading Home.
