Make a financial contribution. Heading Home currently receives 70 % of its funding from government sources such as HUD and the Department of Transitional Assistance. A financial commitment from you can leverage the support we receive from the government and further the intensive services that require funding from the private sector. Heading Home prides itself by assuring its generous supporters that 84% of the contributions made go directly towards the services we provide to end homelessness for good.
Volunteer or participate in one of Heading Home's many programs and events
- Volunteer to move a family/individual into their permanent housing, serve meals at one of our emergency shelters or help get an apartment ready by painting, cleaning or landscaping.
- Participate in Heading Home Advisory Council educational events or at our annual Heading Home event
