Case Manager - Scattered Site Program

Supporting individual service plans for each client, crisis management, serve as liaison between with landlords of apartment, trouble shoot facilities related issues and provide housing search assistance to clients when required. Strong, writing, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills essential; ability to work independently & in team, bilingual skills a plus. Qualifications: BA required, MA preferred. Valid Driver’s license and car required.

Development Associate

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this individual is responsible for advancing the mission of Heading Home through support of the development offices.  The person will focuses on stewardship and fundraising and will contribute to overall fundraising efforts, including program planning, proposal writing, events and d development communications.  As a representative of Heading home, this individual will foster positive relationships with existing and potential donors.  Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree, 1-3 years related experience, excellent writing skills, and willingness to work occasional evenings and/or early mornings.
