Case Manager Individuals Scattered Site Program
The Qualified candidate will provide case management services to homeless individuals  living in the Cambridge community.   The Case Manager will develop individualized service plans, and work with clients to obtain and coordinate services from community-based service providers.  Strong  writing, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills essential; ability to work independently & with a team.  Qualifications: BA/BS; w/2 yrs related exp. This is a full time 40 hour per week position.

Case Manager Family Scattered Site Program (3 openings)
Reporting to the Program Manger the Qualified candidate will provide case management services to homeless families living in the Greater Boston community.  Units are located, in Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Malden, Medford, & Roslindale.  The Case Manager will develop individualized service plans, and work with clients to obtain and coordinate services from community-based service providers, as well as work closely with the appointed housing search workers to ensure quick movement into permanent housing.  The case manager will also serve as agency liaison with landlords and troubleshoot facilities related issues.    this position will participate in the program's on call system, which is a rotating beeper system.  Strong  writing, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills essential; ability to work independently & with a team.  Qualifications: BA/BS; w/2 yrs related exp. This is a full time 40 hour per week position.

PT House Managers-various shifts & locations
Manages permanent supported housing program during evening and weekend hours, maintaining adequate staffing, continuity of program services and the observance of all agency and program rules.

FT Custodian
Will provide cleaning services to three programs, located in Boston and Medford.  Must have car and driver's liscense.
